There was no kitchen soap. The bedroom with two beds had very little toilet paper on the roll, and there was no extra toilet paper in either bathroom. Otherwise, the place was fine, just not as nice as the Phoenix my other daughter stayed in.(The pictures don't reflect the current decor, which is misleading)

The beach view was great! The overall condo was just ok except for the beds…they are great. This condo is shabbier than last year. The price for 6 nights is too much for the place. It needs much updating BUT as my husband reminds me, we are there for the beach and it is wonderful.

This is a wonderful condo!! Beds and furniture were very comfortable, everything very clean and nicely decorated!! Kitchen was very clean and had everything needed. Patio furniture was very nice too, however oversized for patio size. Views were great for watching boats go in and out and dolphin watching as well!! Overall a great trip in a great condo!!

Beach Getaway with Family

Overall, the property was nice. There were lots of construction projects going on while we were there. On our last day, the noise was so bad in our unit from work being done in another unit nearby that our little one couldn't nap well.The furniture in the living room/dining area is not the same as the pictures so pictures should be updated especially for parties with a larger number of guests.However with the above said, we did enjoy our stay at this location. The beach access was easy and use of the pool was an added bonus.

Awesome stay!

My husband and 2 boys enjoyed our stay here! Very comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen supplies and a great outdoor patio set to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Room is very convenient to the elevator that goes right to the pool. The pool was large and easy access to the beach!

Great location on the beach. On the quieter end of the beach prior to Florida. The price was fair. There is current refurbishing going in the building so you might want to find out what floors they are working on.

Good Condo

The condo was ok. It is an older place. It does need some updating…especially the kitchen. The beds were great but the living room furniture was not comfortable. However, as my husband says “you’re not paying for the furniture but the location and the beach”. All that was wonderful. Great pools, pickle ball courts, grills, and very easy access to the beach. I would stay there again.

Nice Condo but communication not the best.

We stayed in the condo for a long weekend with friends for our birthdays. The condo was nice, well furnished and and nice. When arrived, our ice maker was broken but I contacted the rental company and they came Sat. morning. Brought us 2 bags of ice and said couldn’t fix ice maker. We had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, which was stated in rental agreement. I just expected at least one full roll, which wasn’t true in the MBR. We had a used roll! Overall the furnished kitchen items were very minimal too- no scissors, no oven mitts and one dish cloth and one dish towel. Our only other problem was no welcome packet or instructions for use of the condo. We had no Wifi instructions to connect for work/ school, no instructions for tv access.., nothing. The lack of communication was problematic. And when we asked at the front desk, we were told to contact the rental agency for a wifi login code. We emailed and were told there was no login code.Fortunately, we talked to an owner and security Sunday morning and learned there was no code and wifi was open throughout the building. The owner told us to log into a neighboring unit if ours didn’t connect, which we did and it worked. There just needs to be better communication. I’ve never stayed in a Phoenix that had zero instructions welcoming you and providing important information.

Family vacation

This was our first trip to Orange Beach. This condo did not disappoint. The beach location was wonderful. Close to restaurants and shopping as well. Clean with great amenities. The beds are comfortable, the full size washer and dryer were so helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
