We were very pleased with the room itself, but slightly disappointed with the upkeep of the resort. Several of the elevators were not in operation during our stay which we found inconvenient and there seemed to be a lot of maintenance issues that they were aware of but had not been addressed yet. We would definitely consider staying here again, but look forward to seeing some improvements being done.

Birthday Trip for teens

Our boys wanted a beach trip for their birthday. This unit was great for the teens and adults! Plenty to do and have room to be together or spread out. Unit was very clean and awesome view.

Beautiful resort

Our stay at this resort was amazing. The pictures are accurate. It was very clean. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. We had absolutely no issues. We are looking forward to staying at The Caribe Resort again.

Caribe was nice as always. Coffee maker didn’t work, the other two probably need to be tossed or at least cleaned. Having to put water into the dryer cup and get rid of old lint from the humidifier to lower risk of fire felt like something that should’ve already been done. Didn’t get checkout instructions until 8:09 morning of. The key mailbox return by checkout time just added to the mild inconveniences.

Wonderful condo with great amenities

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The location was perfect—just a short walk or trolley ride to the beach with stunning views. And close to lots of great restaurants. The amenities were fantastic—we especially loved the lazy river and pools, which were perfect for relaxing. The condo itself was spotless and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We can’t wait to come back!

Okay stay

The property was clean, but the master bedroom linens did not fit the bed properly. The sheets and comforter were too small. We could not exchange the bedclothes with the other beds in the condo, as they were not king size. There was no full length mirror in the condo except for the ones in the guest room, but the bed abutted the mirror. No way could we move the bed. There was no step stool to reach the highest shelves in the kitchen (including the highest shelf in the refrigerator). Seems that the owner had never been in the condo to check any of the amenities. For a condo that can sleep eight cannot feed eight. There's a small table with extremely uncomfortable chairs were inadequate. The are only four bar stools for the kitchen island.The TV remotes were a mystery for a while until we finally figured them out. No instructions. Also the lamps were inadequate and we could not read in the evening, only in the daytime. We have stayed in better equipped condos in the past. And we paid less. The best part about the condo was the parking, which is indoor. No one is near any of the pools in case you might need to consult about the use of the property.The workout room, while it has one of every type of exercise mechanism, lacks a good scale. The sauna is unwelcoming. The equipment is not reliable. On two different walking machines that I had used shut down without any reason. Fortunately I did not falMost likely we will not rent via VRBO if we return to Caribe.

Wonderful place!

We had the most wonderful time at the Caribe! The place is beautiful and the condo was perfect. We were there the first week of October and couldn't have asked for better weather. Our 3 children loved the water slides, and we all enjoyed floating in the lazy river. The beach was a short walk away, but was easy to navigate. Thank you for the perfect family vacation!

Condo was perfect. Large condo with all needed amenities. The only downfall was the lack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and detergent. They give enough for one load. Make sure to bring all these supplies. Pool was cold as we went in October but condo and beach were perfect.

Great Stay

Really nice place, great amenities. Had a wonderful time with family. Not a bad thing but I was surprised that there was absolutely no leftover food items, like salt, pepper, creamer. Got in late the first night so no time to get to the store.
