GREAT PLACE

We had a wonderful time. We were going to have to get a hotel room because we were early. Ms.Allen allowed us to check in early with no extra charge. So generous!!!!!! Will definitely be using her again!!!!! The place clean and the views from the balcony were great!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!

Condo was everything we needed for our beach vacation. Checking in and out was a breeze. Reserved parking spot and beach chair/umbrella setup was awesome. Condo was beautifully decorated, spacious, kitchen was well stocked with cookwares. We loved the view from the balcony having morning coffee and nighttime cocktails. Spacious clean condo

This has been the best condo that we have rented on the beach. The condo is spacious, clean and has a very well stocked kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. Was very impressed. The balcony is spacious with lots of seating options and has beautiful views of the ocean. We really enjoyed sitting out there. Checking in was very easy. Having an assigned parking spot was nice to have. April was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely book this condo again when vacationing in Orange Beach.

Week getaway

We took a week to visit Orange Beach because we had never been there before. The area was beautiful. Our condo was perfect! Great location, third floor close to the elevators, as well as plenty of carts to use. The condo was great for us. Bedrooms had excellent mattresses, kitchen well stocked, living room had great comfortable furniture. Definitely would recommend!

Responsive and Accurate

The communication process with Ms. Allen was superb, and the property was exactly as described. The condo was well appointed, and our stay could not have been better. Highly recommend staying in anything Ms. Allen is renting.

Fantastic vacation!

We had an amazing week! Celebrated a birthday and had an engagement! The condo was immaculate! The beach was never too crowded. Security was friendly and helpful. Communication with management/owner was great. Will be returning!

Pretty Perfect

Great place. Very spacious, quality design job on kitchen/bathroom/furnishings. My husband is a contractor and he always has something snippy to say when he looks around. Not here, he was very impressed. The furniture and beds are very comfy. Location was perfect for us. The covered, assigned parking place and beach service were big pluses. The building is well-kept, not overwhelmingly large. We’ll definitely be back.

Best stay yet

This was the nicest condo I’ve stayed at yet. Everything was top notch and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Loved the outdoor seating which let us be right on the beach without being in the sun. Having a set of chairs and an umbrella on the beach was a big plus. Would definitely recommend.
