In the hamlet Pašini 6 km from the centre of Motovun, 2.5 km from the centre of Livade, 23 km from the centre of Novigrad, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 22 km from the sea, 3 km from the river, in the countryside. Private: property 2'000 m2, well-kept terraced garden, swimming pool angular, heated (12 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 10.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, hot tub, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: internet access, central heating system, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises.
