Inside, you’ll find a modern kitchen equipped with all the essentials, plus a coffee machine and dishwasher. Fast WiFi and a Smart TV offer plenty of entertainment options, complemented by books and board games for when you’re ready to unwind.

Ideal for families or groups, Hihi O Te Rā features three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a private ensuite, while ducted air-conditioning throughout ensure a pleasant stay in every season. Adventure is right on your doorstep. Launch a kayak from the water’s edge at the bottom of the driveway (best within two hours either side of high tide), or head to the Ohiwa Boat Ramp for excellent access to the harbour and local fishing spots.

The beach, surf club, and bike trails are all within easy reach. Cycle toward the Waiotahe Estuary or Ōpōtiki to connect with the renowned Motu Trails. Golfers will love having Ōpōtiki Golf Club ten minutes away.

As this is a rural property, there are several areas with drop-offs and a pond at the edge of the property. Adults should closely supervise young children at all times when outdoors to ensure their safety.

No detergent or soap in the spa: If any cleaning products, soaps, or detergents are added to the spa, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged to cover the required servicing.
