A spacious 19th century house located in the center of Opatija
You can enjoy the grandeur of Art Deco and Belle Epoque with all the modern comfort of today.
This studio Apartment fits perfectly 2 persons - a bedroom + working desk, kitchenette and an adoring bathroom. Hotel room look a like.
Lido Beach, The famous Lungomare Promenade, Angiolina Park, shops, restaurants, Yacht Club, coffee-bars, post-office, bank, market, bakery, pharmacy etc. reachable within a minute. A perfect location with a window looking at the main street of Opatija.
Build in the end of the 19th century, you can almost grasp the different spirits of time that passed here. High ceilings, lots of lights and well conserved ornaments.
The whole floor is fully renovated into the original style of the house. It is a 3 floor Art deco Villa built in the end of the 19th century. The whole first floor belongs to us and is completely renovated. There are two Studio Apartments (Each 20m2) and a big Flat which has around 75 m2. Every Apartment owns it's private entrance. Available for the guests anytime. I welcome you at the place in the agreed time and offer you any information needed for the stay, as well answer all your questions. (Places to visit, beaches, restaurants) After that you can contact me anytime for any further questions or help.
