Disappointed with the facilities inside the room. For the price charged for the room stay per night it was bad facilities. Bed was sagging, sofas were super sagging. Room service was not good. Not worth a stay for the value of my money.

I had a one night stay at this hotel, good location at the top of the hill, comfortable stay.Restaurant staff was excellent specially Girl named Harman .She was so helpful and courteous and friendly.We asked her some food which was not on the buffet menu, but she done her best to please us

The hotel was pleasant and a good location to explire the wider Ooty area. As a business traveller, I would have liked to have WiFi access in my room not just the hotel lobby. However, i do understand that this is a family hotel with a large number of time share properties. Staff were friendly and overall my stay was very pleasant.

Hotel room had good view. But the location of the hotel is quite remote, with bad roads it is a bit difficult. If you have your own vehicle should not be a problem or the hotel was efficient to arrange for transport.

Pleasant stay with no WIFI !!

It was a pleasant stay at the sterling hotels.The view from the room was awesome. the service was good , the breakfast was nice with a lot of variety. only thing i can point is that they have no wifi in the rooms , it is available at the reception area but not i n the rooms. other than that our stay was comfortable with the courteous staff of Sterling , we loved it. A good hotel

It was good overall, the internet was too slow and we couldn't get a good signal in our room. the location is a bit interior but otherwise a good place to stay. the hotel is more suited for families with kids rather than a couple looking for a quiet holiday.
