Take it easy at this unique and tranquil 3 bed 1 bath house that adjoins the public beach/beach access trail. Walk right out the front door and be on the beach in less than two minutes. The large deck in the back that faces the lake can be used to entertain, or just sit and enjoy the yard and quiet neighborhood. There is also a fully furnished kitchen as well as a washer/dryer available in the basement. Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles and street parking also available in front. It is by no means a new house, but well kept and cozy, so expect your typical grandma’s beach house/cabin decor.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.
