Könnte kaum besser sein

Wohnung wie beschrieben, oberhalb des perfekten Urlaubsortes mit allem, was man braucht: Gutes Restaurant, Eisdiele, Bäckerei, Bar, Supermarkt, kleiner Hafen mit zwei kleinen Stränden und sehr sauberem Wasser. Alles in allem perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub

Toller Familienurlaub.

Wir hatten Appartement 1 (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) in der unteren Etage. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, Küche, Terrasse und einen Chillbereich mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Dieser ist eigentlich für das gesamte Haus gedacht. Wurde aber fast ausschließlich nur von uns genutzt. Der Pool ist klein aber völlig ausreichend. Es gibt eine Grillmöglichkeit. Verwundert waren wir über die begrenzte Freischaltung der Klimaanlage (5h pro Tag). Nachkaufen ist möglich. Da sich die Klimaanlage in der Küche befindet, werden die Schlafräume schlecht bis garnicht klimatisiert. Der Zustand war so nicht bekannt. Es gibt fünf Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus. Diese gehören zu den Appartements. Das Haus liegt sehr weit oben am Hang. Dadurch gibt es einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Zum Meer sind es aber 10 bis 15 Minuten Fußweg über sehr viele Treppen. Parkplätze am Strand gibt es nicht. In Pisak gibt es zwei gute Restaurants, eine Bäckerei, einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine Eisdiele, einen Shop für Souvenirs/Urlaubsartikel und einen sehr guten Gemüse/Obsthändler.

Marvellous apartment

Nice, clean, very well equipped, we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The communication with the Bakula family was excellent an quick, Dragana on spot was a very helpful person. We can easily recommend this apartment.

Amazing views - nice and cosy place to stay - modern and well equipped

We really enjoyed the silence, the interiour of the apartment as well as the exteriour. Pisak is heaven on earth and the Bakula family made this stay even more majestic. Thank you.

Lovely apartment on the Dalmatian coast

We stayed for a week in Apartment I of this property, which is nicely located in the small town of Pisak on the Dalmatian coast between Omis and Makarska, not far from Brela. The apartment is clean, well equipped and well maintained. Dragana is very helpful and is always around to assist and give advice. The small pool is nice and very welcome after a warm summer's day. Apartment I is on the ground floor of the property. The two bedrooms are not very spacious but beds are nice and the rooms are simple yet elegantly decorated. The apartment has two bathrooms. The apartment is located on top of the village; the beach is a few hundred metres away and can be reached by walking down a set of steep chairs. There are 2 nice restaurants down the beach at the little port.

Perfekt!

Wir haben zu viert im Erdgeschoss-Apartment gewohnt und waren rundum sehr zufrieden!! Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns daher sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Kontakt zu Klaudija im Vorfeld unseres Urlaubs war sehr nett und auch vor Ort fühlten wir uns sehr gut durch Dragana versorgt und betreut! Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder! Vielen lieben Dank für das nette Abschiedsgeschenk! Herzliche Grüße von uns allen!!

Croatia.... an absolute gem!

Just returned home from a 2 week holiday in Croatia, staying in the rather wonderful village of Pisak. We have had a fabulous time and apartment Mediterranea, owned by the Bakula family, was perfect. The apartment is situated at the top of the village and has outstanding views of the sea and mountains. There is everything you need and Dragnana, the housekeeper, is always on hand if you need something - she is just lovely. Pisak is a great place to be located. It's a small village, but plenty of atmosphere and a couple of nice restaurants and bar. Best suited to couples and families. Places worth visiting are Vrulja beach by Kayak (hired in the village), Krka National Park (absolutely stunning) and Trojic and Brac. We never got to Dubrovnik as it's a little too far with a young family. Croatia is a wonderful country, we absolutely intend to come back and cannot recommend the Mediterranea apartments enough. Thank you to the Bakula family, Dragnana and Pisak for making us so welcome!

Schöne Unterkunft wie beschrieben

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeber hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es war immer jemand erreichbar. Im Krankheitsfall bemühte man sich um Kontakt zur Ambulanz und besorgte Medikamente von der Nachbarin. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw. tip-top. Die zwei Bäder sind bei einer Belegung mit vier Personen sehr praktisch. Der schöne Pool wurde beheizt. Die Endreinigung war im Mietpreis enthalten. Daher auch von uns fünf Sterne. Kleinere Reparaturen waren zum Saisonstart noch zu erledigen. Die Mappe vor Ort könnte durch ein paar persönliche Ausflugstipps ergänzt werden und in der Küche wäre eine Mikrowelle eine gute Ergänzung. In der Vorsaison gab es in der Nähe noch Bautätigkeit. Pisak ist ein ruhiges Örtchen, von dem aus man z.B. Omis und Makarska gut erreichen kann. Die Umgebung bietet einen beeindruckenden Spagat zwischen mediterraner Küste und Hochgebirge mit einer interessanten Tier- und Pflanzenwelt. Landschaftlich ähnelt die Region somit der Cote d´Azur, ist aber noch nicht so verbaut und überlaufen.

Excellent apartment in a great little village

The apartment is excellent, and exceeds what is written in the advert. The building is very modern and tidy, with a great little pool, sun deck, and grill area. The balcony has a side door to the pool which is very handy. The kitchen is well fitted out, with consumables available (bin bags, dishwasher tablets, cleaning stuff). Wifi connection is very very good, fast and reliable. The house is very quiet at night and has a great view over to Hvar and Brac. The apartment is at the top of Pisak, near the main road, so it is a fairly long walk down the steps to the beach in the village, but its worth it for some really nice beaches. There is a shop, bakery and a few restaurants in the village which has a very nice atmosphere. Dragana was available to help when we had questions and very friendly. If I was going to be critical I would say the TV is small and didnt find any decent channels (its the same everywhere in croatia for english tv though) but I didnt go to croatia to watch TV!
