Didn't like checking into living quarters with no amenities. Even though it is a stay vacation, it's too inconvenient as overall. No night stand,having to bring your linens downstairs for an exchange of clean linens.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights and had to cancel after the first night. We had a baseball team there playing for a tournament. They put us in smoking rooms which is awful for youth athletes. lobby absolutely REAKED. had to pay extra for a clean hotel

Mike Lindgerm learned about the problem with roaches and did not release a refund or relocation. I am severly allergic to roaches and he offered to move me 2 rooms down or offered to spray the room with chemicals. Besides that, he was unacceptably unprofessional. Mr. Lindgerm stated that he would have issued a refund if I hadn't spoken about the roach issue in front of customers. He raised his voice as he got frustrated with the situation. Additionally, I was racially profiled. He treated caucasian customers very distintly than I was treated. As soon as I walked into the office, I felt discriminated against. When I gave him the roach, in a paper towel, he recieved it with disgust. He later stated that he was not aware of any roaches and was unsure that I got the roach from the property. Please look at the footage for this property

I was impressed by the peacefulness of the room. I was able to get good sleep. I wish the beds were queen or king-sized, but the bed was comfortable. If I am needing a room when I am in Bellevue again, I will seriously consider this hotel.

The beds are just cots, not comfortable at all. The windows have blinds only, no curtains so the blinding lights from the parking lot keep the rooms lit up all night. The building smells bad.

it was an experience

The place looks nice from outside. the room was clean as far as i could tell. the bed was amazingly comfortable. however, the shower head sucked, so i had to go to walmart and buy one to take a decent shower. The cox cable box was mounted too low so you had to sit directly in front of it to change the channels on the tv. Oh, theres people that live there long term so expect to hear rowdy kids stomping around in the middle of the night and screaming up and down the hallway. On our last morning there we killed a dozen roaches, i hope they took care of that problem.

Room size is tolerable, TV remote was almost unusable, found a bug crawling on the wall (not a bedbug), bed was not too hard but small, kitchenette was nice, no chairs except for desk chair...all in all, I got what I paid for, not the Ritz, nor was it a hovel...I'd stay there again if the price ($77) remains the same.
