Pool Information: The pool will be open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Outside of the main pool season, it may be available for use but cannot be guaranteed. NO GLASS OR BREAKABLES IN POOL AREA!

Parties and Noise: Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are expected between 10pm-6am. Only the registered house guests are allowed. No parties.

Glitter: Please no glitter!

Number of Guests: The property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests only. Large gatherings above the 12 registered guests are not allowed without prior consent.

Damages: Major upsets of hot tub/pool water or damage to any item, furnishing, part of the home, or etc. will result in replacement/maintenance charges being passed along to guest.

Perfect accommodations

This property was extremely clean and perfect for our family. We loved the pool, hot tub, sport court and putting green. The neighborhood was great and close to retail and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to anything we needed.

Our hosts, Brent and Sarah, were terrific! They responded very promptly, assisted us with specific requests to support accommodations for our 16 month old twin grandsons & supplying a griddle & crockpot for us to use. The home was immaculate! The beds and bathrooms were terrific and the home was very spacious. We enjoyed the pool, pickleball courts and putting green. The landscaping was excellent and the neighborhood was very nice. We went for walks as well. Our family had a wonderful time at the home & especially enjoyed the Omaha Zoo. Great dining at Ooh De Lally for dinner and breakfast at Good Lookin’!

Great place. Conveniently located. Charming decor. Very nice amenities. The pool was perfect. We spent most of the stay outside lounging by the pool. My kids even got me on the pickleball court and I realized I’m not in shape anymore. But at least I could relax in the hot tub afterwards. Easy to find even for DoorDash.

Slumpbuster Baseball Tournament and CWS

Amazing rental with so much to do for guests of all ages! Brent and Sarah were amazing hosts, and the property had everything you could need! Extra refrigerator was key for our big group. The pool was amazing after a long day of baseball and the pickleball court provided hours of entertainment. Great location not far from everything but out in a quiet setting.

Location of the property was convenient to all things Omaha. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood.Tons of things to do at the home rain or shine. Hosts were wonderful to communicate with too.
