room was drafty and cold, even with thermostat set at 75° it was still cold. rug in room was stained. only 1 tv in the room, was disappointed not to beable to lay in bed and watch tv. only had weird chairs in the livingroom area to watch tv. weird white stain on office chair, looked like body fluid... the stains could have been spot cleaned if the housekeepers would have noticed them, not sure how they missed them. bathroom shower soaked the floors, only had 2 towels, 2 washcloths, and 2 hand towels in the room so couldnt even really use those to soak up the water. REALLY crappy pillows, extremely low bed, felt like i was sleeping on a mattress on the ground. the bottom sheet didnt wanna stay on the bed. the website says premium bedding and aroma therapy in room. sheets definitely werent 5 star hotel sheets. you definitely need to update the website to reflect your current rooms. 1 tv instead of 2, premium bedding nope, aromatherapy nope, im wondering if they put us in a executive king suite instead of a premier king suite? i just expected better all around for a 5 star hotel. lack of cleaning especially, if the maids actually vacumned the rug they would have noticed those stains.

Hotel is in a very old building. Bathroom lighting pretty dim. Bed not very comfortable. The overnight staff at front desk are very nice, upbeat and personable. I enjoyed my stay. But I probably won’t stay at Hotel Deco again, considering the other options nearby.

I want to say that we love the hotel and we enjoyed our stay but we did have countless issues with the two rooms we rented. However, the more important part is that the staff were courteous and attentive to our issues. So I'd give it a 4.5. Great location. Beautiful room, great bar underneath, beautiful hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Decorated elegantly with a bed that made you want to spend your entire time there in it. I enjoyed the sitting area and wet bar. Service was beyond perfect and the speak easy, well memories were made! I’ll be back!
