The space
This one bedroom fireplace suite features residential-style furnishings and fixtures, Resort-style kitchenette, and a queen size sofa sleeper. The total space is approximately 650 square feet and sleeps four comfortably. The private bedroom comes with a Deluxe King bed and a 48 inch LED flat-screen TV. The Living room has a separate dining area, a gas fireplace, 48 inch LED flat-screen TV, and a full-sized sofa sleeper. You can enjoy the views from our expansive picture windows. The private bathroom features a deep soaking tub and free-standing shower. The Kitchenette comes with a mini-refrigerator, two-burner stove top, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and china, glassware, and silverware. Common accommodation amenities are listed below.

FITNESS CENTER
We offer healthy indoor exercise options at the Health and Fitness Center with a wide selection of cardio and weight-training equipment. The Health and Fitness Center makes it easy to stay in shape as you run on a TechnoGym treadmill while enjoying incredible views of the valley and the mountains.

Other things to note
There is a fee of $35 for Self parking or $65 for Valet parking per night in case you need to park on site. Furthermore, please note that the Resort lift is operated by Palisades Tahoe and we make no guarantees of its operability at the time of your visit!

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
In the winter, The Lake Tahoe region sees snowstorms that may impact your travels. In the summer and fall, there may be wildfires or wildfire smoke. These known seasonal events are not covered under Extenuating Circumstances and there are NO refunds for these natural weather conditions. Trip insurance is advised.
