3 bedroom apartment (full foot) in residence with swimming pool, 250m from the beaches

Our 4 * apartment is located on the heights of the residence and offers a panoramic view of the Gulf of Valinco.
The rental includes three double bedrooms, two with a view of the Gulf and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room.

One of the bedrooms has a French window opening onto a covered terrace equipped with deckchairs. Another covered terrace has a summer kitchen with a table and chairs for 8 people. A personal barbecue is available in the garden.

A modern kitchen with island and 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower complete the package. All homes are air-conditioned
and includes free wifi.

The pool is shared
open every day from April to October (unheated).
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.

Très bien

Au sein d'une résidence de quelques maisons, et au dessus de la piscine commune, la maison est constituée de deux corps indépendants séparés par la terrasse. L'espace de vie est la terrasse, et nous avons eu un temps splendide en décembre pour en profiter. En cas de pluie, le séjour pourrait peut-être devenir moins agréable à l'intérieur (salon/cuisine pas trop fait pour y manger, chauffages en état de marche et puissants, mais le froid revient vite...). Très grande disponibilité des propriétaires, confort, beauté de la vue, chats du voisinage pour les amateurs, position agréable pour visiter le pays..., beaucoup, beaucoup d'atouts pour cette maison résidentielle.
