disgusting condition, hard hat and gloves needed

I have stayed in Villars dozens of times over the years...2nd time this summer, 1st and LAST time at this location...1st negative review i have ever given...Inside of apt. as pictured. Nothing really different ...I always choose a place with a balcony with views as it is where i spend a lot of time. Balcony looked great in pictures. It was in disgusting shape when i arrived. Arrived at night and balcony has no outdoor light. Stepped out on balcony and placed hand on railing which not being able to see wrapped a around a huge piece of moss growing on center balcony railing to my sad surprise..Turns out all of the large balcony railings were covered with moss and peeling paint...In the morning being able to see clearly, there were paint chips on balcony floor and approx. 30% of the balcony ceiling was peeling away, huge portions were peeling....This is a quality home being represented by VRBO & Interhome ??...this had to be going on for at least 6 months , constantly getting in worse shape....NOT WHAT WAS PICTURED OR ADVERTISED !!...doesn't anyone check these rentals to see what shape they are in ?...sitting on the balcony i could watch paint chips falling every now and then onto balcony floor...Be careful of eating or drinking out there ..Why wasn't this reported by cleaning staff ?....Sitting in the apt. looking out you could not help seeing the balcony roof and the moss/peeling railings....THIS NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN RENTED IN THE CONDITION IT WAS IN. SHAME ON THE GREEDY MGR
