The villa is in a private plot with a parking area, a private garden and swimming pool It is located only 700 metres from the fine sandy beach and only 300 metres from the Centro Ecuestre Oliva Nova. Located within a luxurious resort, our accommodation is just a short distance from the renowned equestrian center, surrounded by excellent dining options, and with easy access to paddle courts, all in close proximity to the sea.
The villa is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard. Limited housekeeping is available.
