Villa Cusidore with large garden

Beautiful villa well finished in Sardinian style, in the middle of the Oliena countryside, which is a few minutes away by car. The house stands on an estate surrounded by olive groves, which make it very private and peaceful. The house consists of a large room / living room, with a kitchen complete with all comforts. The double bedroom and twin bedroom are well furnished and there is also a cot for younger guests. From the hall you have access to the anteroom and to the bathroom equipped with a large shower. A large covered veranda, also furnished, offers plenty of space to relax and have meals outdoors, with the wonderful view of the Supramonte di Oliena peaks, where you can venture into beautiful trekking routes or guided off-road excursions. The house is located just a few minutes from the fascinating Su Gologone springs, the starting point for kayak trips on the Cedrino river, and about 30 km from the beaches of Cala Gonone.

Moreover, is a perfect point to be able to stay and discover Barbagia, its geographical position favours its proximity to Nuoro, Orgosolo, Mamoiada.

Moyen. Peut mieux faire

Réactivité, très bon accueil et aide de l’agence. Par contre, de mauvaises surprises en arrivant : - sur le terrain, une carcasse de voiture, des déchets de chantiers - 2 chats et un chien à nourrir sans aucune consigne au préalable - pas d’eau chaude ni de pression au robinet de la cuisine durant les premières heures, jusqu’à réparation - manque d’ustensiles et vaisselle pour la cuisine, congélateur et cafetière à l’italienne sales, pas de liquide vaisselle ni savon - Pour info, électricité payée pour 5 nuits (sans utilisation de la climatisation) : 10,40€ - des efforts à faire de la part du propriétaire pour rendre cette maison agréable
