Modern Holiday Home "Villa Rosa dei Venti" Near the Beach and with Sea View

The Costa Smeralda on the northeast coast of Sardinia fascinates all visitors every year. Rocky bays with dreamy fine sandy beaches, the emerald-green water, not for nothing is this coastal section also one of the most popular destinations of the international jet set.

North of Olbia, situated between two beaches, the holiday home "Villa Rosa dei Venti" is located in a quiet, green shore area with loose buildings.

The 60 m2 large holiday home has a modern equipped living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons and dining area, a well equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven and large fridge/freezer, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and bidet as well as an additional toilet and offers space for 6 persons.



The facilities also include air conditioning, washing machine, heating and a television with satellite reception.



Outside, on the first floor there is a spacious balcony with a panoramic sea view. On the ground floor there is also a spacious and covered terrace, which is furnished with a dining area. So you can enjoy the hot midday hours in the shade and in the evening you can relax on the balcony with a glass of wine and a view of the sea.



Numerous restaurants, bars and cafés can be found in the immediate vicinity (100-800 m). A supermarket can be reached in 600 m distance or 7 minutes on foot, further supermarkets and numerous shopping facilities are in Olbia, the drive there takes about 8-12 minutes (7-8 km).



The holiday home is situated between two beautiful bays with picturesque beaches, both of which you can reach on foot in a few minutes, three other fine sandy beaches are also only 1.5 - 3 km away.



To/from Olbia airport you drive about 15 min (11 km), the ferry port is about 8 km or 13 min by car.

Süßes kleines Haus mit tollem Meerblick

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Gastgeber Gianluca war mobil schnell zu erreichen und sehr freundlich und flexibel. Das Haus ist sehr süß und sauber und hat einen atemberaubenden Meerblick. Man ist in 5 Min zu Fuß am Strand. Ein Bäcker ist in 15 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Internet war stabil und schnell. Uns war nur nicht bewusst, dass das 2 Schlafzimmer keine Tür hat und im Keller offen zum Wohnraum verläuft, daher hellhörig. Die Küche ist sehr klein und basic ausgestattet. Es gibt aber in der Umgebung tolle Restaurants. Wir haben die Zeit auf Sardinien sehr genossen.
