We loved this spot in the heart of the city! We were looking for an easy and convenient hotel for one night after arriving from the airport before heading out from Olbia the next day. The staff were wonderful, so helpful and very communicative. They helped us find local parking nearby and they held our bags after check out for the afternoon while we wandered around. Our room was perfect - such cosy beds and lovely room, with no noise even though you’re on the square. Would definitely stay again, this spot is a find!

The check in was hurried, lady was in a rush to get off at just 1 pm . No explanation of room workings . Breakfast not good . Expected to eat it on the bed as only one chair available in the room and no table . Toilet with glass door was not a nice feature , door didn’t slide properly which meant you had to walk through shower to obtain access to toilet . This was complicated by a removalble drain cover in the shower . The lift didn’t work properly and trying to get suitcases down the staircase was difficult . No help offered by staff. Also no information when booking on the lack of parking in the area. All in all would not recommend it .

Perfect for a short break in Olbia

Lovely short break in Olbia. The Kkult Boutique Hotel is perfectly located in a pretty Piazza, close to numerous restaurants in the old city. The rooms are amazing, ultra modern and very clean. The breakfast, left outside your door each morning, was a real treat, lots of selection and plentiful with fruit, croissants, yoghurt, cereal, juices and coffee. The staff were also charming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Smart, modern town house hotel

Smart, modern hotel in a great central location. Firm but comfortable beds and quiet at night. Friendly service and nice breakfast. Best suited to the young and fit as the iron staircase to the rooms is not ideal and the lift is very slow. But that would be my only hesitation in recommending this elegant hotel where we had a great stay.

Hotel ist von der Ausstattung und Service erste Klasse, Lage mitten im Zentrum. Man spielt nur Bedenken, dass an diesem Platz am WE Livemusik gespielt wird und es dardurch ssehr laut ist
