Rooms are clean and comfortable! A/C unit smell is my only complaint but a Fabreeze Air vent clip helped! Door to the bathroom/shower door was broken, the top hinge was loose and screws stripped out so the door would not close. There was an abandoned building next door and surrounding area desolated. The property itself was good/ okay. All in all one of the better hotel/motels in Henryetta. All in all I would stay again.

The room looked EXACTLY like the picture, fresh, new. I believe the building is sound proof because there was a loud pickup truck, but I never heard it, nor any outside noise, once I closed my door.

It was 4 days , room was sufficient and well kept very neat , recently renovated so this little gem of a hotel would be perfect for a stay . Front desk staff are very friendly and handle everything with ease.very professional and rates are very reasonable.

Very clean, easy to check in. Recommend, however $40 as a fee for 1 night with 2 dogs is excessive. The room was also extremely small and my husband scraped his leg on the corner of the bed which is literally right in the way when you walk in the room. However, if you aren't traveling with animals or got a different room it's probably great.
