This was a great house for our family Thanksgiving. There is a large open kitchen and dining room and downstairs living area. The bedrooms are large and beds comfortable. We loved our stay.

5 of us guys traveled to OKC for long weekend. The area was a little sketchy (homeless) but didn’t feel unsafe. The house worked great for a home base We all had our own room and the beds were comfortable.

This place was definitely as described and photos are accurate! We loved the big dining table for work bond building game’s & throughly enjoyed the space and a few relaxed in the hot tub! Curious about the pools for more appropriate weather though it’s 80 degrees still! But we would definitely be back! I would love to see a list of what needs to be done upon leaving! And neighbors have dogs that barked a lot but no fault or the VRBO!

Basketball Tournament Weekend

Great property. Hosts are wonderful and easy to work with. Would return and rebook at any time. Plenty of space for a small basketball team and parents. Convenient location.

6BR Farmhouse with Pool, game room and farm animals

We had an issue with this home not having the swimming pool available for our stay. Toshi Stay transfered everything to the farm house in Wannette OK. We could not have been happier with the change in location. Everything was totally perfect. If there was an issue, it was addressed quickly. There was so much for our family to do while we were there. We couldn't have asked for more!

The property matched the photos, and communication with the host was smooth. There was a leak in the basement bathroom, but the host responded quickly and had maintenance resolve it promptly.One suggestion would be to add TVs in each bedroom for more convenience. Also, it would be helpful to have regular pest control, as we noticed various bugs throughout the home. We also looked forward to swimming in the pool that was liated but it didn’t have any water inside.so that was a bit disappointing.

Mid Century Modern

House is mid-century modern and they have kept that vibe, but updated the kitchen and bathrooms. All bedrooms were spacious with great bedding. Living areas were downstairs which could be an issue for some. Our group of 7 did enjoy the large dining room on main floor. Our disappointment was with the outdoors. We discovered the pool was empty (although I had checked on this beforehand). The host advised that due to recent storms the maintenance crew had not gotten to it. We accepted it and chose to use the nice hot tub. However, there were only two wrought iron chairs so we couldn’t enjoy the nice weather together. The neighborhood was close to things but the street in front was very busy with fast drivers so be aware. Never got the right password for the WiFi. All in all, the home suited our needs and we had a nice time.

Fell short

Overall the house worked for our 3 day stay but left a lot to be desired considering the price. For starters, be prepared to pay extra charges for just about everything. The listing says it accommodates 15 people, but we got charged an extra 362 because we had 10 people. Not sure how that makes sense? When I questioned the owner I didn’t receive a clear explanation for the additional charge. You can bring dogs - but it’s 150 extra. It has a hot tub - but it’s 100-150 extra. Our total bill included an extra 1,468 in host fees, service fees and tax which was more than the original cost for a 3 night booking. Don’t plan on watching tv in the main entertainment area because a remote is nowhere to be found in the entire house. There were several roaches and a black widow downstairs and the floors were so dirty the kid’s feet were black within the first hour of our visit. The location was ideal as there’s tons to do nearby, but the neighborhood is sketchy and didn’t feel safe to be out at night. This property has potential and is nicely decorated, beds were comfortable and shower toiletries were provided, but I won’t be staying here again.
