When we arrived there was a homeless man digging through the 2 waste receptacles by the front door and scattering the garbage around. The young man at the front desk did not care. Garbage was still scattered there when we left the next day. We had no internet. We told the same fella at the front desk. He did not care. He said he didn't know anything about the internet. There were overflowing trash cans by the elevator doors on all floors. Our bathroom door did not close. Ice machine was out of order. My husband said it was the worst hotel he has ever stayed in and he was a traveling salesman most of his life, staying in hotels 5 nights out of the week. It was definitely one of my top 3 bad experiences.

I reserved a non smoking. Was given room 127. There was mold around the bathtub, all surfaces were filthy, the room stunk like smoke, pee all over the bathroom floor. Talked to the guy at the front desk and got moved to a new room. The second room was still dirty, there was Marijuana joint butts on the counter on top of the microwave and the shower curtain was moldy at the bottom. I went and got lysol wipes and cleaned the room myself. You cannot take your breakfast to your room. But the eating area was all dirty too. If you can afford a little extra go somewhere else!!!

I left too late for breakfast. The concern I had was a condition, for instance, the toilet flush handle was broken. It flushed OK, but it was hanging out of the tank. There was some peeling and it needed painted, but otherwise it was in good condition.

The whole building is showing its age. Do to the many whole repairs to the walls, the floor boards being torn up, and the general dinginess of the room and the building as a whole. It was not a comfortable stay.

The room was average however I was apprehensive about closing my eyes due to roaches crawling to and from the bathroom, we literally had to sleep with a light on. In the morning the manager took over 10 mins to check the room and had the audacity to bring down pillow cases with hair gel on it but failed to mention the dead roaches in the room. Also he had a copy of my license and would not give my deposit back until i went tomy car and got my physical license. Terrible service abd we wouldn't stay again even if it was FREE.
