My stays at this hotel have been great except for this guy named Jeff trying to charge extra for everything. Such as bringing breakfast back to your room and having guest.

I walked in to the lobby and seen a woman pleading for a refund because her deadbolt wouldnt lock and she feared for her safety. She was denied and left crying. After 25 mins in line to check-in, I realized why she was in fear. The place is overrun with prostitutes, and druggies. Stay away from this place.

Positive list first: the bed was very comfortable in the room I stayed in, very quiet in the room, the pool is clean, they had a nice staff. The negative list in my opinion: For an older hotel it was not worth the price being charged because the breakfast is highly lacking not to mention that they charge an extra $10 if you want to take your subpar food back to the room to eat in privacy. The show/tub is quite outdated and was clean. There was only one towel and one wash rag and they didn't want to provide a second even though we put two ocup

Thoroughly surprised

I was quite surprised with how they renovated the motel into a hotel. It was in closed and awesome!!! The front desk clerk was very courteous and professional and friendly. The room was big, spacious and clean and the bed was nice and firm. The shower was hot and refreshing and it was plenty of parking space with plenty of security cameras. Breakfast was pretty good with a plethora of options to choose from. They offered airport shuttle service and they're were plenty of dining options around the facility as well. My only complaint was that the elevator stunk!!! It had an awful odor but other than that, this hotel was refreshing. The outdoor pool was clean and inviting especially with the hot temperatures. Overall this place surprised me and I'll definitely be back. It's worth the money.

I made a mistake and Butch a room for a day earlier than what I was going to actually stay I have been trying for three or four days now to get a refund for a one single night from this hotel they told me they would and then when I had the third party hotels.com call them they told hotels.com yes they would refund it but then when they sent the email to this hotel they denied the refund so I just want this hotel to know that they will not get my business anymore which I was going to book for the rest of the month of June the entire month of June to stay at this hotel however because of one refund that they keep lying to me about they lose my business so just figure it out for $40 *

We were put in a room that smelled like pot... when i talked to the front desk his response was "yeah some of them smoke" it was so bad we changed rooms. Apparently the 3rd floor is where you stay if you smoke pot. The smell lingured everywhere. As for the rest of the room it was ok... clean but the toilet didn't flush something was stuf so had to take the back off to hit it. The breakfast was so minimal and the floors were sticky. The guy at the front desk might have had a contact high but when asked questions he gave strange answers. I would say if you have kids this is the worst place to stay.

Awful 😞

The older man at the hotel at the check in desk was very rude and unfriendly. We live 6&half hours away . I was working in this area when I bought my flight. ✈️ our contract ended a bit sooner there was no way to get a flight frm Houston on this day we booked 6 min from the airport the front desk would not allow my son to drop me and go bk to the room until it’s safe to drive for day light. He was very rude and unprofessional!
