When we walked thru the door we got a beautiful smile from Cherie she was so nice and gave us great hospitality the rooms were very clean the bed was so comfortable we slept so good after are long flights pillows were soft everything was so nice also breakfast was nice also and they have a heated pool please if your in the area please make sure you stay it’s 5mins or less from malls and food your really close to everything thank you again staff for going above and beyond

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The experience exceeded my expectations right from the fast and efficient check-in process to the genuinely friendly staff. My room was impeccably clean, with no signs of mold or paint peeling from the ceiling, and all the amenities worked flawlessly. The atmosphere was pleasantly quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. A special mention goes to the manager, Sherry, whose warm and welcoming demeanor truly made a difference. She introduced herself every morning and took the time to speak with each guest, making everyone feel at home. I will definitely be staying at this property every time I am in Oklahoma City. I’ve stayed at the hotel next door several times but I thought I would try this HIE and I won’t be back. It looks like it has been updated fairly recent but whoever did it was sloppy. Chips out of walls in the bathrooms around the tile work, peeling paper in the elevators covering the old finish. Beds aren’t horrible but I’ve had better. Hallways didn’t look like they’d been vacuumed in a long time. Breakfast was lackluster and mostly cold. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotel in OKC and there are many better choices.
