Just an OK stay.

Stay overall was good. Hot tub had way too much chlorine and would burn our eyes when we used it. Pool was not heated and was pretty cold. Breakfast was good, but was running low on items and oj cartons were frozen solid. Enjoed our stay in OKC though.

Nice, clean hotel. Some areas show wear and could be updated (seating in dining area and at desks in the room especially), Pool sprinklers did not appear to be working. Hot tub was not hot, but felt good after a long day. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.

Zombie at front desk but otherwise great

Most everything about our stay was lovely except for our first encounter with staff- namely the front desk person. Nobody was there to greet me and after several minutes I tried to call the hotel to find someone to check me in. When someone did finally emerge, he did not speak to me. Looked annoyed. I finally offered my name and that I was checking in. He was very cold, as if I was interrupting something more important and he was ticked off. The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. The breakfast was nice and hot except that the crock pot of gravy for the biscuits was cold.

I appreciated the openness of the property and the size of my room. There were periods where I found the front desk to be empty, which left me wondering how to get my question answered or my need met. When I needed a shuttle to the airport, I was pleased with the prompt availability.

The bed was comfortable and I liked the water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was ok. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the hot tub was out of order and the sprinklers weren’t working in the kiddy pool. Overall though, it was a comfortable stay and we still enjoyed the pool.

The breakfast is what you’d expect for the price. The hot tub was broken, the splash pad did not work, several pieces of the fitness area equipment were broken. The furniture in the room and lobby are in very rough shape.

We always stay here when have a flight the next morning. We love it for its price, location, cleanliness and staff. Also the airport transport ( always a nice guy). I cant remember the name of the older gentleman that works the front counter at nights but he is always there and is so nice and kind.
