The shower was in an old time bathtub and it was very smal and potentially dangerous. All of the furniture in the whole place was in tatters. It was super old and needed to be replaced years ago.

When we went we went to take our kids to swim in the splash pad pool that was advertised. But it was under maintenance. So we went to a different hotel using Expedia. Now I’m out of that money from our stay we didn’t use.

Okay hotel.com lost our booking after 45 min got a room that room was not good back to the desk they upgraded us to a really nice clean suite. Pool was closed no notification of it on hotels.com this is the the third booking thru them that has ended this way

The staff was very friendly. Super helpful. However, the individuals who ran the desk wore headphones. I wasn’t sure if they were really engaged but they WERE nice. The furniture everywhere looked as if it came from the dumpster. The linen was damaged, ripped, or rigged. It also was stained. This goes for the couch and char in the room as well. The mattress looked more like a double bed than a queen. There was a pink noticeable stain on the floor in my room. The breakfast was decent but different the next day. Also, the pool was closed and that was the main reason for me selecting this hotel. Plus it was close to the same price as the others, I could have went with a different location. Overall it was not horrible.

The stay would have been better had the floor we stayed on wouldnt have smelled like smoke from weed. When brough to the counters attention the response was welcome to oklahoma and when we went to check in we stood at the counter for 20 minutes and watched several staff members walk past us and just look at us not one person offered to assist us or even acknowledge our presence.
