No smoking, no pets, no parties, quiet area. Bonus garage/workout area with TV in the garage. There are TV's, extra linens, and towels in each room...No eating your room, however, .Smoking is permitted on the patio only. Free parking is provided on driveway and a nearby parking area........We welcome long term guests... (14+ nights) Individuals, Company workers, and traveling nurses.....Common areas are on 1st level. The property is 5 minutes away from Walmart, Target, Sam's, Costco, Quail spring Mall, Main Event, Top Golf, Many new eateries, entertainment, St. Anthony and Mercy Hospitals, etc.......
24 hour notice for non-resident to sleepovers, which cannot exceed a 2 night stay. .Kitchen stocked with extras, and has new appliances......
