The positives were it was spacious and hosts were friendly and they mostly accommodated. The negatives were:Accommodations were cheap. The pots and pans already there were scratched and rusted. When asking for saucepans (since we were going to be there two months), we were told “it meets basic essentials” already so we were refused and referred us to stockpots/large kettles. 4k per month is not a “basic” price.All furniture was terrible for comfort. Beds created back problems we don’t experience on other beds. One room the bed didn’t have a frame. Living room and kitchen furniture also not good for support, as kitchen chairs had dips under the padding you can feel.Also, the site shows TP and paper towels are “provided essentials”. Upon mentioning that to the host in a text, the question was ignored, so we provided our own.Carpet in rooms is taped with packaging tape.Living room TV has no subscriptions for your use and a very delayed remote.We asked nicely if we could terminate early, since it just wasn’t working out for us. We were denied, since it was a “non-cancellable policy”. VRBO stated it is the host’s choice to allow early termination with the remainder refunded when it’s non-cancellable. In this case it should have been.I only mention all this for consumer’s review. There’s good about it too, it’s a safe neighborhood, pet-friendly, spacious rooms, etc. I am just stating the condition was not worth 4k/month for us, without all these things being corrected.
