Check in was set for 4pm, upon arrival at 4:30 there was cleaning staff still in the process of cleaning/leaving. Upon checking in the house temperature was at 75 degrees (hotter inside than it was outside) I adressed this issue with the property managers and was told it would be resolved, the house remained at 74-75 degrees our entire stay with my guests being uncomfortable & hot sleeping that night. A MAJOR issue that I am extremely unhappy with is there was in fact ROACHES In the house. We saw several during our time here, several scattered throughout the washing room and while cooking breakfast this morning there was an adult roach crawling on the stove. There was also a roach climbing behind the wall hanging while my guests were sitting in the living room. It was embarrassing to say the least, at night there was a sound of a mouse crawling and scratching behind a wall hanging / In the wall somewhere. The backyard was pitiful with not a single chair or decoration in sight it was an eyesore back there. Thankfully we still had a good time but this was upsetting for my guests and for the amount of money I paid the infestation of roaches was unacceptable.
