We accidentally booked a smoking room which wasn’t great for us but they were full and couldn’t change our room. The room we were in was very dated, the smoke smell didn’t help so it felt like an old motel. the tv was on the desk which wasn’t facing the beds so you had to sit on the little uncomfortable couch to watch shows. Our room was near a family with a young child and we could hear them quite loudly. Not sure the sound proofing is that great? Breakfast was so-so, not the best we’ve had during our travels in Japan. We’d prefer a buffet over having to select a course. I wouldn’t stay at this location again.

the stag is very helpful. It is a clean, quiet, comfortable room with basics toiletry needs. There are no other services except for the onsite restaurant. This is fine however I was not use to looking for this detail. The location is perfect for access to public transport. Overall enjoyed my stay with them.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in, in Japan so far! Clean, tidy, brilliant location, and spacious single double bed room! Laundry and vending machines of every room floor. Only small thing was a small stain on the bed which marked it down to a 4.

Great experience!

Great hotel with spacious room. The room was spotless and everything inside was new and in great condition. The bathroom doesn't have racks to hang towels and that's the only downside. Otherwise, it was a great stay!!
