I would definitely recommend this facility for families wanting a camping ground that is geared up for kida and adults alike. Close to the beach, close to restaurants and takeaways. A bit of a hike to get there - but wirth it.

A fabulous child friendly place to stay. It's clean and has friendly staff who can answer any queries. My only suggestion is in reference to the showers. I found it really annoying having nowhere other than a couple of silly hooks to put ones clothes on in the shower ( If there were more hooks, they were so close together that your clothes fell off). As well as that there was nowhere to put my toilet bag other than on the floor which was often wet and/ or sandy. In the past there were slings on the door where one could put things or the small push down bench. which made a huge difference to the process. In my opinion this is a drawback to the shower facilities and could do with some research to find a solution.

You can go camping or you can go “glamping” and still be on the campground and on the beach with the sounds and view of the ocean! I so enjoyed my “surf shack” - which felt like a 5-star apartment - and hot tub. Clean and with all amenities. This place is great for kids of all ages! Very friendly and helpful staff. Regrettably - I had to leave a day alert - as I was trying to get ahead of coming storm.
