Romantic gettaway on Lake Maggiore with balcony facing the lake. The adjoining restaurant had lake access for swimming, sunbathing, paddleboarding, etc. The vistas were incredible!

Location was nice, but facilities

Location was nice, but facilities like coffee making or cooking facilities were quite old and not working very well. Television was also not working. Heating was downstairs very low and upstairs very high. It should have been more clean. I asked extra cleaning and this was happened. Reception personel was friendly and helpfull. This hotel is suitable for family or couple but price was too hight compared to facilities. You need to have car, because there aren`t any walking roads by the car way in the lake side. View from the upstairs balcony was nice.

Geniale Aussicht, aber innen zu ...

Aussen ist alles tiptop, die Aussicht, der vorgelagerte kleine Beachbereich mit Bar, die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, es kann nicht besser sein. Innen ist alles sehr klein und alt. Angegeben mit 45 m² war die Wohnung weniger als 30 m², mit 3 Mann und 2 Hunden über 20 Tage eine Katastrophe. Anscheinend zählt in Italien die Terrasse dazu. Wenn es kalt war (Ende September) wurde nicht die Heizung angemacht, sonder man bekam Decken. Was soll ich abends mit einer Decke! Wir gehen nicht nochmal hin, das war zuviel.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen, nettes Personal. Leider etwas laut da direkt an der Strasse liegt.Tag und Nacht viel Verkehr. Das einchecken und auschecken ist etwas mühsam, bis mann findet wo man sich melden muss.Beim Auschecken war leider auch niemand da, aber wir konnten im Restaurant die ausbleibende Zahlung machen.

Die Lage ist an sich sehr schön, da direkt zum See aber die Hauptstraße zwischen Hotel und Restaurant/Strand ist sehr stark befahren und auch in der Nacht sehr laut. das Frühstück am letzten Tag haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen (Wert 27 € ) dafür wollten wir etwas Obst- bekommen haben wir ein paket mit zwei Bananen, zwei Äpfeln, einer Kiwi und einer Orange. Das Frühstück war seinen Preis nicht wert. Für Leute, die schlecht zu Fuß sind es ist nicht zu empfehlen, da sehr viele Treppen zu laufen sind. Der Herd bei uns funktionierte langsam- bei uns dauerte es eine halbe Stunde bis Wasser gekocht hat. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett und sprechen etwas Deutsch und Englisch.

Per una tranquilla vacanza romantica

La cosa che ci ha colpito di più è stata la bellissima vista su lago dalla camera da letto, molto romantica, sembrava quasi una fotografia! Il personale è stato molto cordiale e sempre disponibile, inoltre abbiamo provato la colazione a buffet, servita davanti al lago e davvero buona. La locazione è perfetta per chi ricerca un po' di tranquillità essendo posizionata leggermente fuori città. Rimane comunque una soluzione molto comoda poichè, a circa 10 minuti di macchina, è possibile raggiungere Intra dove è possibile prendere il battello per le 3 isole. Oltre a questo c'è anche la possibilità di noleggiare per alcune ore le barche a disposizione dell'hotel e di prendersi il sole sul lettino nella loro spiaggetta. Per quello che offre è molto economico ed è stato ben al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Da ritornarci!

uns wurde die Nacht doppelt verrechnet.Bei der Buchung direkt mit Kreditkarte bezahlt und beim Checkin behauptete die Dame es sei noch nicht bezahlt sie habe keine Bestätigung von hotels.com und wir bezahlten nochmals.Leider reagierte sie auf unsere mehrmalige Kontaktaufnahme nicht.So sind wir gezwungen eine Meldung an hotels.com zu machen.Schade wenn man auf diese Masche zu Geld kommt.

siamo stati bene

abbiamo soggiornato per una breve vacanza sul lago, la nostra camera aveva anche un angolo cottura, pulita e ordinata, e soprattutto aveva un vista spettacolare dal balcone! alla spiaggia del residence abbiamo noleggiato un piccolo motoscafo; lo staff è molto disponibile, ci hanno spiegato le differenze tra le barche e indicato che luoghi visitare, così anche se siamo stati poco abbiamo potuto vedere molto dei dintorni. casa e vela ha anche un risto bar sul lago dove abbiamo fatto colazione alla mattina proprio bordo lago, una bella esperienza, ci torneremo per qualche giorno in più.

Strandbesuch war mit dem Rollstuhl wegen defektem Transportaufzug nicht möglich. Zimmer war behindertengerecht. Mit normalem Rollstuhl ist die Anfahrt schwierig (Extreme Hanglage).

Fijn appartement aan het Lago Maggiore

Een leuk kleinschalig appartement & hotel met ca. 14 kamers. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit kamer op Lago Maggiore. Na het oversteken van de weg ligt een soort beachclub van dezelfde eigenaar met daar een restaurant, waar je ook kan ontbijten, en diverse watersportactiviteiten kan doen zoals kanoenen, waterfietsen, motorboot huren, etc. Voor hotelgasten zijn er ligbedden en zelfs in het hoogseizoen (augustus) altijd plek. Parkeerplek is inbegrepen.

Das Preis - Leistungsverhltnis ist noch vertretbar. Es ist sehr laut. Baden im See kann man erst ab 8:30 Uhr, da der Zugang verschlossen ist. Sehr schade!
