Room was ok. I only dealt with front desk, they seemed totally unconcerned about my problems. The WiFi was out(I needed to work) they had no info or updates when I asked and actually told me I was the only guest that had a problem with it. There was 1 working ice machine- on the first floor, when I stepped up to use it I was standing in a puddle of water-in suede shoes! There was a vending that broken and had a few yogurts(I think?) Overall it was very o pleasant, I do take part of the blame, it was a great price but I thought it would be fine because it was a LaQuinta which I have always had a good experience with. I guess I got what I paid for.

Really old looking, stains on carpet all down hallway. Our shower didnt work, did tell them. Never saw maintenance come up as told. Also checking in the guy seemed irrated and . Wont be staying there anytime soon.

I reserved a pet friendly room. The pet friendly rooms have slippery vinyl plank floors throughout. My dog was unable to walk through the room without slipping. My dog is a larger breed over 10 years old. She was very scared to walk on the floor.

It smelled like smoke and ghetto for the price @ a $100 a night! The guy from India that was working at night was rude when i went to the front desk to ask a question. It felt like there was bed bugs when i got under the covers and the advertisement makes it seem like it is such a nice place but its old and falling apart! The only reason i stayed there is because it was the lowest in layton.

Very disappointed that the hot tub was broken. Breakfast food was flavorless. Ice machine wasn't working. Tried to use the pool in the morning, they wouldn't open it at opening time and said it would be open an hour late for no reason. Staff not really friendly.

40 minute wait for the front desk person to return from the restaurant with his dinner. Then the room was horrific. The bathroom ceiling had a big hole in the shower. Then room itself the drapes did not close all the way. The flood light from outside glowed in the room. The heater was so loud that you could not sleep. The TV would not turn on to drown out the noise. The queen bed was like sleeping in a cereal bowl. I have video and photos of the room 214 they charged me twice for the room. It took half a day to find a local phone number to get help. Then they said I was not charged on my credit card but then told it will take 3 to 5 days for the refund to appear on my credit card. Very confusing.

Parking was confusing, don't park in front of the hotel as that is for In-N-Out Burger and you will get towed. Pool was not open. Management would not direct questions to me or make eye contact as I was checking in but to my husband (who did not make the reservation), must be a cultural thing. Overall, less than average rating.
