You will enjoy the breezy atmosphere and peace and quiet. There is a spacious backyard with the pool as well as a comfortable living room and dining room sitting 12. The pool can be heated to 80 degrees for $100 per day. The Jacuzzi is heated for no fee. There is also an outdoor covered patio for the perfect california indoor/outdoor experience! Each bedroom is outfitted with comfortable bed and linen. There is an open feel throughout the home and a modern decor!
