Oceanside, California's Top Vacation Rental Location. This BrooksBeachVacations whitewater ocean-view condo has been fully remodeled. The kitchen features all brand-new stainless steel appliances in 2023. There are quartz counters, a stainless steel sink, and all the kitchen accessories we could think of. The dining area has a large teak wood dining table with seating for four. The living room has a 50-inch smart TV, a fireplace, and a Queen-size pull-out sofa bed. The bedroom has a King Size Bed and a 50-inch smart TV. The large wall-mounted smart TVs in the bedroom and living room have Free Cable, and HBO & Showtime.

You have full access to the entire complex and everything NCV offers: pools, jacuzzis, gym, saunas, ping pong, pool tables, Fußball table, poolside barbeques, and feeding the fish at the giant Koi pond. There is 24-hour security roaming the property and all guests must be registered with the security office to be on site. The private resort atmosphere makes it the perfect place for a family vacation and has kept families returning year after year.
The condo is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

This was a very clean condo with all the necessities. The host was easy to contact and had a check in and out list that made things easy. There was a nice view of the beach and several easy accesses to the beach and bay. The breeze kept the condo nice and cool !

Lovely, comfortable and clean property. Really enjoyed our stay visiting family in the area-an annualtradition. Inclement weather had us make use of the lively game/lounge room. Highly recommend this property and would like to return to this property for our next visit.

Beautifully remodeled unit

I’ve stayed at NCV multiple times and each time in a different unit. This one was hands down the nicest in terms of interior quality and “freshness”. Everything looked/felt new and high quality. Many of these condos are in need of rehabbing and Paul did a lovely job making sure B222 is not on that list. It was a perfect space for my teenage daughter and me for a few days.
