Beach access is flat and street-level, just 20 steps away across a quiet road — ideal for families and kids who can safely bike and play. Keep an eye out for dolphins often spotted from the decks!

Spacious Layout for Families & Groups

With 3 master suites (king beds), plus four doubles and one queen, the home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests. Each bedroom features high-end mattresses for a great night’s sleep.

The fully equipped modern kitchen includes granite countertops, a large refrigerator/freezer, and every appliance and utensil you’ll need to cook for a crowd. Enjoy cocktails at the wet bar with its own sink, drink fridge, and separate ice maker. The oversized island seats six, while the dining table seats ten, and the outdoor deck table seats six more — plenty of space for shared meals and memories.

Relax in the bright, open family room featuring a large HD Smart TV, games, books, and puzzles. High-speed Wi-Fi (1GB download speed) keeps everyone connected.

Private Pool & Outdoor Oasis

Your backyard retreat features a 12’ x 24’ private pool (up to 5 feet deep), surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and stamped concrete decking. Fire up the Weber grill (propane line provided) and enjoy poolside meals with the convenience of a second refrigerator and freezer nearby for drinks, groceries, and ice. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach wagon and boogie boards are included for guest use.

Pool heating is available upon request for $80–$90 per day (rate varies by season).

Linens and towels are not provided but you are welcome to bring your own or use our "White Glove Service" which includes 16 bath towels, 16 washcloths, 8 hand towels, 5 bathmats and 8 make-up washcloths with each bed made upon your arrival. Payment arrangements made 48 hours before arrival.
