Our family thought this house was pretty perfect for our wants and needs-close to the beach, fun pool area, lots of space in a functional layout and all the amenities!

We loved having a pool to use after time at the beach. Plenty of nice seating around the pool. Also loved the long dining table-our whole family could dine together. Great open kitchen that can accommodate several people preparing food. Spacious home.

Great beach getaway!

We had a great time at SeaScape! The location was fantastic as it was a block from the beach and just a short drive from food! The pool and outdoor space was perfect for our crew and the house itself had plenty of room for everyone. Chelsea was a great hostess!

Family vacation at OIB

We had a great week at OIB and this house was ideal for our group of 14. The location near a handicapped beach access was ideal for some older family members and for pulling a wagon full of beach gear. If considering a stay near 4th of July, be prepared for major traffic!

It was everything I expected and more. It was clean, there was a welcome basket the location was great. The elevator was awesome just remember to follow the instructions that is listed and everything would be fine. Would booked again.

The most beautiful home..

This vacation home was so beautiful and perfect for our stay. So close to the beach, amazing pool area, and comfortable remodeled home! The owners were always available and quick to answer. We want to book again, no doubt about it!!

Amazing Vacation Home!!

This vacation home was amazing and top notch!! Our family enjoyed being close to the beach, private sunset views from the balcony, so much space and then some!! The pool was a huge hit as well. Communication with the hosts was easy and prompt. Clean and beautifully decorated A+++++++++++!!

Spacious house

This house was large enough for our family of 17, easy access to beach, easy check in, comfortable beds, beautiful view on front porch. Chelsea was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Would like to stay here again.

Great large family vacation home!

7 bedrooms, 6 full and 1 half bath. Nice sized rooms, well equipped kitchen. Multiple covered decks with lots of rocking chairs. GREAT pool area with wet bar, refrigerator, ice maker and TV. Convenient to public access for ocean. Responsive owners!

A new home for our annual family beach trip

This was a wonderful house for our family of 12 adults and 8 children. The location is just a block from the public beach access, but also has an amazing view of the sound and its beautiful sunsets. The pool has great furniture and a tiki bar as well as pool toys, which makes it lots of fun for both adults and kids. Plenty of beds and baths for all of us. We will be returning next summer!

Good Stay for Good Time

Our family had the time of their lives, children loved the pool. It was a short walk to the ocean for the adults. We all enjoyed the grilling area. The house was so big and spacious, great for our large family. Not to forget the elevator was perfect for the senior adults with bad knees. We loved it and hope to use it again in the future, because we have been staying in Ocean Isle for many years.

Family getaway

The house was amazing. Unfortunately we had a tropical storm but we still had a great time. The only downside was the construction right next door but that absolutely was at no fault of the owner. We were all very happy with our time in your beautiful home.

Annual work ladies beach retreat

The home was all you could wish for and more! Beautifully appointed. The poolside bar with grill, bar fridge, ice maker, wet bar, flat screen just made pool time so enjoyable! Everything was just at hand. We had one hiccup along the way, and the host was so responsive. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home and very convenient location. Great pool area and the icemaker by the pool was really helpful. Short walk to the beach, which was very manageable for all ages. The set up of the rooms is great - everyone felt like they had privacy. Mattresses and pillows were super comfortable. Some basic signs of just wear and tear on the home (toilet paper holders pulled from the wall and a a couple stains here and there) but nothing that made us uncomfortable. The decks were fantastic and the family spent a lot of time on them reading or watching the wildlife. Overall it was perfect and we would definitely return.

Amazing

Cannot express how amazing the property is. We have rented several houses and this by far this is the cleanest! The house is exactly as the pictures show. Chelsea was such a joy to work with and great host. The check in was easy and we enjoyed the start up basket and wine. The house had everything we needed and more. Our family had a great time and cannot wait to come back!

Burn Bootcamp Girls Weekend

17 friends piled into this beautiful home for such a fun long weekend. The house was perfect for us and had plenty of space. Having the pool and downstairs bar area was awesome! The walk to the beach was super short and direct. I kept hearing “can we come back here next year?!” Chelsea and Michael were amazing hosts with great communication the entire time!
