This is a side-unit (south-facing), which means you can witness both sunrises AND sunsets! Total of 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests: - 2 King Beds - 1 Pyramid Bunk with a Trundle and a queen sleeper sofa. Resort-Style Amenities Include: - Direct beach access - Outdoor pool (seasonal) and year-round indoor pool - State-of-the-art fitness center - Spacious sundeck - 24/7 front desk and security - Dedicated storage locker for beach gear - In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience Guests provides paper goods, and soaps. Owner provides sheets and towels. Minimum stay: 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday during peak season) - No pets allowed - Non-smoking/vaping building (designated smoking areas provided) - $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee required at booking - Rentals are not available to groups under the age of 25.
