Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change immediately if they try to put ya in 274!

Room was clean, bathroom looked unkept. There was glue in the sink to repair a large crack. The shower looked yellow tinted. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful about the property. The toilet was clogged as soon as we got there. Every time it needed to be used, it would clog/overflow. There was a new plunger (tag still on it) that we used and it didn’t seem to do anything. The water would just eventual go down on its own after a while. The sliding door for the balcony was hard to open.

When we got there the room they gave us still had the dirty dishes, all the sheets were gone, and floor was sticky and nothing was cleaned from the last guest. We then had to wait until almost 7pm for them to put us in another room. This one was cleaned but at night we found out the heat didn't work. To top off this trip I paid in full for this room in advance, told the check-in clerk I did and he charged me a second time for the room. Not they not only won't answer their phone but I believe they blocked my phone number. This is the worst OC hotel I have ever stayed at and I've been coming here every year for the last 10.

Pretty nice.

Nice room and in pretty good shape except for the balcony door (wasn't sealing properly until I adjusted) and the ripped screen to the balcony - left in a pesky fly. Comfortable bed & small but nice bathroom. All-in-all a good value for the location.
