We enjoyed our 3 days of stay at this Hotel. All staff were well versed on the importance of being cordial and nice. This property was extremely clean as staff were constantly out and about tidying up. This is at a great location for all boardwalk activities or just taking a stroll. Great place and location

We loved staying at Park Place. It’s a beautiful hotel and very comfortable. I just wish we had an ocean view instead of bay view but they were sold out. We were also there in April while it was too cold to use the pool. It would have been nice if they had an indoor pool but oh well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very clean for an on the beach hotel. Staff seemed friendly. Only complaint would be of a security concern - anyone has access to hotel & all floors (there was a group of teenagers causing a ruckus & they were not guests of hotel). Pool was only area outside of your own hotel room requiring card key access.
