This apartment was perfect. It was nicely appointed and had everything you could need plus more. The beds were extremely comfortable and having the 2nd secure balcony was a bonus. We did experience some difficulty with the property manager. I am not sure if it is because you call an issue into a call center in another state and then it is re-directed to the local office or why the communication was so bad. We arrived Thursday evening and went to bed pretty quickly. Friday morning we woke up and the kitchen floor was SOAKED. I called the issue into the number provided on the listing and told them that there was ALOT of standing water and it seemed to be leaking from under the refrigerator. I was assured that someone would be there to fix it and we went about our business. Nobody came... Then Saturday, I called again, I was pretty specific that there was standing water in the kitchen coming from the fridge and again told that it would be addressed. Sunday, I happened to see the building manager, they are not responsible for the unit since the property is managed by Vacasa. I mentioned it to the building manager because I was concerned that it may pose an issue for the apartment below. It was alot of water. Apparently the building manager called the owner who contacted Vacasa and a person called me to say someone would be there in 30-45 minutes... Well, they didn't show up. So Next day, water still everywhere, I called again. Finally someone showed up to fix it but when had the audacity to tell me nobody said there was standing water, they were understaffed, etc. I waited half of my vacation for someone to show up.
