What a view

Got there and verified the nice location from the start. Boardwalk and ocean steps away or right under your nose from the balcony. Was just getting out of seaso., but still was pretty awesome.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed staying here. The location made it a great homebase we could easily return to as needed throughout the day. Morning coffee on the balcony watching the sun come up over the Atlantic was one of our most favorite parts of the stay. The unit had plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay with family

Had a great time in OC. The property was perfectly located and offered us a respite from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. The rooms were comfortable and the spaces easily fit 8 adults.

It took me a day and a half of fighting on the phone to finally get someone to refresh the wifi, it was a total pain, then we charged our devices to see the outlets didnt work, we had to scrounge around to find working outlets, none of them went to any lights, we turned those on manually, the parking lot is a dump and the doorway to gain access to the property was narrow and the handle was way low, very difficult to bring things in or out, and it wasn't climate controlled so we are already sweating then we are getting into the elevator vestibule and elevator were stifling, we had sweat on every part of ourselves just to load and unload, the beds were fantastic tho and can't beat the view, the furniture was dingy and dirty and the living room was small with small couch and loveseat, used to be cream colored but now covered in gunk, clean it up! This is a terrific condo, get some fresh furniture please and tell your management company not to scream over your tenants, the only reason they wouldn't send a refresh signal is either because they are lazy or don't want to be wrong. My Mom loved the onsuite and would probably like to come back next year.

Perfect Boardwalk Location

My family couldn’t thank me enough for booking this place! It was perfect! I must admit I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews on this site. I stayed there for a long weekend with my husband and our 2 adult sons. The place was clean, and there was more an enough supplies, paper products and trash bags for our visit. I’m a very light sleeper and did hear the bass of the music on Friday night from the Piercing shop below the condo- but it didn’t bother any else. I bought some sleep earplugs from CVS the next day but ended up not needing them the other nights. We loved having a keyless vacation with umbrella and beach chair rentals as well as outdoor showers right in front of the condo. I totally recommend this place!

The place was very nicely sized. It was a great location and was peaceful to relax. Wasn’t a big fan of the parking lot. It was very small and hard to get our truck into it. Definitely needed more cleaning around the place. Lots of dirty areas and broken furniture that needed tended to. White couch was covered in stains. Overall a great place to stay

Great OC Family Escape

The condo was beautiful and large enough to accommodate our large family. It was right on the boardwalk and steps from the beach and the view was amazing. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out and we will definitely return to make more memories. The condo is equipped with everything you need on vacation and really felt like a second home. Thank you for everything. The welcome Mombourquette family on the board in the kitchen was a sweet touch!

Let me start by saying check in was super easy we even got in 15 min early. All the information for rental was sent via email promptly. Towels and linens all supplied which was very appreciated. I have a few photos of the property that I was not thrilled with. Although it was a perfect location and view is beautiful. Amazing even. Down side #1 the bumping music all times of the night until 3-4am made it hard to sleep. Not just on weekends but weekdays also. #2 the house was clean but quite a few not so clean areas. Shower in master bathroom, wall in first bathroom on left has mold growing on the wall/floor, under the kitchen sink again mold, coffee table broken has glass setting on it, laundry room dirty, I’m not talking just sand either because I know as a beach rental that’s going to happen. I have pictures of all issues I had. Also there is a tub with jets that isn’t in working condition. Why have one there jets if it’s a “soaking tub” Overall we had a great time in ocean city. I do think general maintence and repairs should be a priority of the owners.

Nice Place, location, but it needs deep cleaning

The guest bathroom tub was dirty Their was a towel left behind guest bedroom door. Base boards are so dirty, some dusty all over the condo. All hidden coners are dusty. The matress protector in the Master bedroom was filthy, so many pea rings, blood spots and dark stains. I washed it with the only 1 was pod that was left for us to wash, which was not enough. No kitchen trash bags. The kitchen can had a bathroom liner, which tore up when the trash was pulled. Its was only 3 of us and we ran out of toliet paper. It was only 2 extra rolls in master, that we had to use. Bug baits were everywhere... easpecial on both sides of the frig, it look like new ones were placed down, but the old ones was not picked up. Behind guest bath toliet its brown & yellow stains on the base boards. Nice place, great feature, loved the decor and layout. Kitchen was big, balcony nice. We loved the place, just wished it was cleaner. When it seems like the maids are not doing their, it makes you hesitant about using the towels and if the sheets are getting changed.

Enjoyable stay

Condo was in a great location on the beach. Very clean and comfortable. There was no electricity in 2 outlets in the master bedroom bathroom but we made due. Also there is only one key fob for the unit but we never needed it because group was on motorcycles. I definitely recommend this place to future renters. Peace!

Booking was seamless. The property was beautiful. Eclectic decor was a PLUS. All the comforts of home. Beds were comfortable. I mean comfortable. Plenty of seating. Gorgeous view!! What else could you ask for?!
