Poor experience. Elevators were slow and always full. Took so long to get to the room and down to the lobby. Room was very dark. Not enough lights. Only one mirror in the entire room, which was in the bathroom. Need more mirrors and lights. Room smelled musty. AC not working, so was always hot.

We enjoyed our stay, but I understand what happens when you go to Ocean City during an off-season time so I accept the fact that many of the amenities were not available. However, I found some of the adjacent properties to be in less than satisfactory condition but obviously, that is not the Ashores responsibilities. I do think that when people book beach properties like this, they should know which of the normal facilities are not gonna be open because it is not the prime season.

There were 🐜, the sheets had to be changed due to uncleanness, the pool and hot tub wasn't available, and the advertised breakfast time was incorrect. But the view was awesome from the room like the spiral steps and 2 bathrooms. Also the tap room was great.
