This condo was amazing. It had nearly everything we needed and more. The rooms were Spacious and clean. The nice wrap around balcony was used frequently in the evenings. The pool was also a huge asset and was a nice break from the hassle of logging everything to the beach. In highly recommend staying here.

Perfect for families

Property was clean, quiet, in safe location but also close to beach/any attractions you may wish to visit. Appreciated the beach chairs etc for our use and kids loved a dip in the pool after a hot day at the beach. Perfect for families; would stay here again.

We found our place

We have stayed at many places in OC, but this was by far the cleanest! Kind and responsive host, very comfortable place, lots of room for everything, nice view and gentle sounds of birds as we ate meals on the patio. Great AC, quickly cooled down the place. Everything was fantastic. Can't wait to return.

A Perfect Family Vacation Week

Over the years, we have stayed at a number of beach homes. Our stay at Summer House was exceptional in every way. First, the location could not have been more perfect. Walking to the beach with our two young grandchildren was made so much easier with only two blocks. It was also convenient for the grandparents! The condo unit was just lovely. So well maintained, beautifully appointed and spacious. Three bedrooms were awesome and accomodated our family unit. The wrap around balcony was amazing and offered stunning views especially at dusk. The modern kitchen made cooking enjoyable and hassle free. Our host, Ed, could not have been more helpful and kind. From the time of booking to our departure, he was very responsive and took a genuine interest in our experience. As a former hotelier and now condo association manager, I am a bit picky and have high expectations. Summer House, Unit 201 hit all very high marks. Thanks, Ed. We will be back. Don and Terri
