Featuring a highly desirable split floor plan, the primary bedroom is located on one end of the condo while the spacious second bedroom sits on the opposite side — perfect for families or traveling friends who appreciate a little extra privacy. When it's time for sun and sand, the beach is literally steps away. After a day by the ocean, cool off in the pool or relax with your favorite beverage on the north-facing private balcony. Dining is easy and convenient with both casual and upscale restaurants within walking distance. Prefer to cook? A grocery store is located just across the street, and the well-equipped kitchen offers table seating for four plus two additional counter stools for gathering.

The 9400 Building provides everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay, including one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, a fitness room, coin-operated laundry facilities, secured building entry, and one assigned parking space.

Very beautifully decorated condo, great location. Improvement needed on cleanliness, bathroom in master not draining well until ball of hair removed. Floors still sandy from previous guests.
