This hotel was above my expectation. It is one of the most beautiful hotel i stayed. The service was outstanding. Everything was excellent. My kids love the pool and the toy store. I really enjoy walking around the hotel every corner is beautiful and peaceful. The staff were great.

The hotel is very good. Clean, elegant, and with great rooms. The only thing I was extremely disappointed with was the breakfast at Stirrups restaurant. Sunday 9:30am with several empty tables and having to make a reservation and after waiting more than 20 minutes to be seated, it took more than 30 minutes for the food to arrive, as one of the dishes ordered never arrived. The waiters avoided looking at the tables to avoid being called upon. Not only the waiters, but also the managers. There was a young man with a beard and a suit jacket who, after being called upon, asked for a minute and then disappeared. It is important to say that all the waiters were extremely polite. I bring this criticism to the public so that the people who manage the Hotel are aware and try to maintain a level of quality, otherwise it will gradually become a normal hotel. Thank you,
