We enjoyed this hotel on a stopover to Shiretoko. Our tatami room was comfortable. The outside bar is worth a visit. The breakfast buffet is extensive. We went to the sushi restaurant nearby so can’t comment on the dinner at the hotel.

This is my second visit to this hotel. The hotel is well maintained, and the rooms are clean and well-organized. The open-air hot spring is especially wonderful, and the buffet dinner is also very delicious, especially Sukiyaki and self cooking steamed-rice are highly recommended. Kind and friendly staffs, delicious meal, and excellent open-air hot spring, this hotel is a place I would like to stay again.

We stayed here again after our last visit in 2016. I love this property though it was quite aged and thus may not be the best option for some considering it is not cheap (half board though). I have no issue with the higher price as we enjoyed the food. As we stayed 2 nights this time, they provided us with a special dish during the second dinner. I really enjoyed myself.

Had a great stay. I chose one of the onsen suites because I love going to the onsen in winter. I also visited the larger onsen in the hotel to try all the different types of baths. This area is know for its marsh water. The hotel is a bit far from the main part of town.

A Onsen-lovers Paradise

This hotel certainly met our expectations...the views of the Tokachi River n the suspension bridge was an added bonus, not forgetting the private hot spring bath. Room was v clean n the bathroom had lots of toiletry items, and there was no need to ask for anything else. The buffet dinner was good, and the breakfast was more than adequate, with both japanese & western choices. The free car-park just outside the hotel's front entrance was very convenient. Not to mention the two English-speaking ladies from Malaysia, who were very helpful. Lastly, the onsens met our ecpectations and we were quite astounded by the various pools, and especially the outdoor pool, with its different water sources. Certainly, a must-stay hotel for all onsen-lovers.

The property is located very close to Tokachi River. This is one of the best location in Tokachi. The hotel is very comfortable and the onsen is very good. The dinner buffet is so so.
