"Harz" -lich Welcome to the Ferienhaus of Familie Dörlemann! We are pleased that you are interested in a stay in our listed half-timbered house in Benneckenstein in the heart of the Harz. Built in 1857 and lovingly restored in 2019, the house offers you the charm of yesteryear but is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. In the shadow of St. Laurentius Church is waiting for you a four bedroom house on the first floor and W-Lan throughout the property. A holiday home offers washing machine and dryer as well as bed linen and towels free of charge is a matter of course for us. The garden, for your sole use, is completely fenced. Not only can your dogs spend a pleasurable time here, you will also be able to relax reading, playing and having a barbecue. "Harz sweet Harz" is not only the name of the holiday home - we want you to feel at home!

Holiday home with 4 bedrooms:
Built in 1857 and lovingly renovated in 2019, the house offers the charm of yesteryear but is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. In the shadow of St. Laurentius Church is waiting for you a four-bedroom house on the first floor, which we have equipped with box spring beds for reasons of well-being and comfort. In addition, we provide free of charge up to two travel cots, high chairs and a baby bath and a potty available. Each floor has a bathroom with shower and toilet in country style. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the comforts of home. In the dining room is enough space to play, enjoy and laugh. The living room is equipped with modern technology. On our Smart TV with Soundbar and PS4 you get your movies, music and games on holiday. The house is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, in which you can log in easily and easily. A holiday home offers washing machine and dryer as well as bed linen and towels free of charge is a matter of course for us. The garden, for your sole use, is completely fenced. Not only can your dogs spend a pleasurable time here, you will also be able to relax reading, playing and having a barbecue. There is enough space for your vehicles on the property. Motorcycles can be locked in a small garage. Also for bicycles there is enough space for safe parking. Immediately behind the property is a well-equipped children's playground on the edge of the spa park.

Wir (5 Freundinnen) haben ein super entspanntes Wochenende in dem sehr schönen und mit liebevollen Details ausgestattetem Ferienhaus verbracht.Der persönliche Kontakt zu den Vermietern hat uns super gefallen.Auch positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher gestellt wurden. Sowohl Seife als auch einige Haushaltsutensilien wie Handtücher, Spülmaschinentabs etc. waren vorhanden. Das ist tatsächlich nicht unbedingt üblich.Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Haus definitiv weiter.

Super Unterkunft

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit der Familie inklusive Hund in Benneckenstein. Das Haus ist schon ein paar Jahrzehnte alt und hat dadurch einen besonderen Charme. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war super. Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir gebraucht haben. Für 8 Leute eine ideale Unterkunft! Weil der Garten eingezäunt war, konnte zudem der Hund freilaufen. Die Möglichkeit mit der Elektroladesäule zu laden, war ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Uns hat ebenfalls gut gefallen, dass man so zentral im Ort ist und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung.

Das Ferienhaus ist mit viel Liebe und Charme eingerichtet, sehr sauber, entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war herzlich und sehr gut. Wir haben uns einfach nur wohlgefühlt und ein unvergessliches Familienwochenende erlebt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.😀
