Excellent service, hotel is clean, staff was amazing! On our 2nd day of staying at hotel we had a family emergency, death in family and Mr Victor and his staff were kind enough to assist without hesitation in what we needed to find flights, transportation and whatever else was needed. Amazing staff, very friendly, excellent location of hotel close to the zócalo, safe at night, lots of restaurants, they can organize group or public tours. Excellent hospitality and we loved the restaurant, the food was excellent!
