It was my first time staying at Hotel Real Alma, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best hotels in Oaxaca that includes breakfast. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help, making my stay comfortable and pleasant. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of Cerro del Fortín — waking up to that scenery each morning felt magical and added a unique charm to the experience. The included breakfast was delicious, varied, and beautifully served — the perfect way to start a day of exploring Oaxaca. Hotel Real Alma was a great find for me. It was my first solo trip and I wanted to stay at a hotel that was close to the main center and everything, and hotel Alma was just that. It was about 20 mins to airport and it’s walking distance away to the square and every other place in centro. One of the other reasons I booked hotel Alma was the included breakfast, and let me tell you, the breakfast buffet every morning was so delicious with veg/non veg options. The dining staff were so nice and humble people and I just loved it. Hotel Alma itself is a beautiful small hotel, the rooftop is definitely the highlight of the hotel and that is where breakfast buffet is set up each morning as well. I highly recommend hotel Alma for anybody looking to book in centro area Oaxaca and I will def come back 💯
