When I arrived to my room I found foo don the floor , which was documented. I also, had to wipe down the bathroom counter due to hair and crumbs being there upon arrival. I was not happy with that at all.

The staff is so wonderful and patient., I very tired when I arrived, I was not able to understand the fees, and they very kindly explained it to me. The pillows are a little too soft for me, but the bed was very comfortable, the AC worked great, the TV was nice and you can connect with some streaming services. I had a great stay and although it was a little expensive, I would definitely stay again.

Room was not up to snuff. Missing TV remotes, shower shampoos, gels, conditioners not replaced, when you ask for room service, it gets forgotten, etc. Parking was $51/day, and there was no heads-up on that. That is insane, and unacceptable, I will not stay here just because of that. People were nice, no issues there.
