Good place to stay if you plan to explore Bsy Area

Overall, the stay was good and fit our Bay Area vacation needs well since we were mostly out and about. However, there were some things worth noting for future guests looking to spend more time on property: (1) Beds were not the most comfortable, (2) didn't realize the host lived on property so access was via side gate, occasionally required interaction, and parking on the street only, and (3) while not infested, ants were visibly present so any food left out would get swarmed.
